You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph366 username and password. You agree to notify ph366 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ph366 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access shall be your sole responsibility.

All funds deposited into your ph366 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph366 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
All transactions on ph366 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph366 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.
ph366 aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes to three (3) business hours, subject to KYC verification status, payment method, and applicable security checks. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
ph366 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the account is under investigation. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph366, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph366 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
PAGCOR Oversight: ph366 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ph366 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
